The GNSS antenna is mounted on a short mast on the roof of Radio Kootwijk (nickname Cathedral), nearby, and in sight of, the former Kootwijk Observatory for Satellite Geodesy (KOSG). The building is a very sturdy concrete structure build in the 1930ties to house long wave long distance radio transmitters (now removed). The building is nowadays a protected monument.
The GNSS antenna is mounted on a short mast on: the roof of Radio Kootwijk, nearby, and in sight of, the former Kootwijk Observatory for Satellite Geodesy (KOSG).
The marker, with DOMES number 13504M005, is the downward pointing point of a steel pin, fixed to a forced antenna mount on top of a steel mast.Dutch triangulation RD site+marker 339352-02. The ARP is 13 cm above the marker, and has Dutch triangulation RD site+marker 339352-01.
