Subject: Update of EPN Guidelines

Dear Colleagues,

please note that the
- Procedure for becoming an EPN station:

have both been updated and we recommend all station managers to 
carefully read them.

The updates include:
- specifications for the antenna/radome pairs accepted for new EPN 
stations and for antenna/radome replacements on existing stations
- guidelines for EPN stations streaming real-time data

The new guidelines have been agreed upon by the EUREF Technical Working 
Group at their last meeting on November 6-7, 2006.
