Subject: EVPA - inactive station

Dear colleagues,

The EPN station EVPA temporarily stopped submitting RINEX data
for more than 3 months. According to the EPN guidelines, this
station has been labelled as inactive.

Of course, inactive stations can recover the operational status
when they fulfil the requirements for EPN stations again.
