Subject: EPN CB Information System down

Dear Colleagues,

The EPN Central Bureau Information System (mail, ftp and web) will be off-line today September 28, 2010 from 9:00 UTC on. During the down-time, the EPN CB Information System will be migrated to a new server and, simultaneously, an important upgrade of the EPN database as well as its software will be performed.
We will try to reduce the down-time to the minimum, but you should expect that it could (at least) take a full day before all EPN CB services are fully operational again.

We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
